How to make sure your treadmill is safe to wear
The average treadmill will have the capacity to run about 10,000 miles on a single charge.
But according to a new study published in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, even those miles will not be enough to wear out your device.
Researchers looked at thousands of treadmill users to see if a treadmill’s performance improved with use.
They found that the average runner used a treadmill for just two months and had no significant improvements in treadmill performance.
The average runner on average used only 1.8 miles per day for a total of about 7,500 miles.
So while the average treadmill might be able to run for weeks, the average person would not see significant improvement in their treadmill’s wear and tear.
But this is not surprising, because the average user’s daily mileage is likely to be much lower than the daily mileage of the average marathoner.
The study found that people who spent more than five hours per day on a treadmill saw no significant improvement to their treadmill wear and fatigue.
The researchers concluded that a treadmill user could have an average treadmill that could last a few months.
But, they concluded, it’s better to use a treadmill that has enough capacity for about 2,000 to 3,000 runs per day, and keep the treadmills running for a few weeks to see how the wear and wear of your treadmill goes.
So the best strategy for a treadmill runner is to run at least 2,500 to 3 of those miles daily.
If you’re interested in buying one of these treadmains, you can buy them online.
If not, it will be best to use an electric one.
